Refund Policy

At YZJ Cleaning Service, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or credits may be issued.

1. Cancellations

  • Client Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

  • No-Show: If our team arrives at the scheduled service location and cannot gain access or the client is not present, the full service fee may be charged.

 

2. Refunds

  • Service Quality Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make every reasonable effort to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are considered only if:

    • The service was paid for in advance,

    • We were unable to provide the service due to our own fault, and

    • A re-cleaning cannot reasonably resolve the issue.

  • Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction related to pre-existing conditions, unrealistic expectations, or issues outside the agreed scope of work.

 

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees, such as travel charges (if applicable) or late cancellation/no-show fees, are non-refundable.

 

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Changes to Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
